Rolando is the Operations Manager for Compass Africon, and is based at our Mozambique Office. Rolando has extensive experience in all areas of the construction sector in Mozambique. He has worked on a variety of Government funded construction projects including highway and bridge construction as well as municipal buildings and infrastructure. Working hand in hand with government officials on licencing and planning. Prior to joining Compass Africon in 2010, Rolando worked as a sub-contractor for the Kenmare Moma Mining Project on a variety of medical and accommodation facilities, and worked in Italy with ENI. Rolando was formally a member of the Portuguese Air Force.
